Yoga Teacher
Yoga has been in my life for 30 years - as a teacher for 15 years, and forever as a student. I completed my first YTT in 2002 and am extremely fortunate to have recently completed a second YTT with Julia Jonson at TBY.
Initially yoga drew me in as it worked so well for me physically, but I quickly realized that there was more to the practice, that I felt more connected in my body. I cherish the wisdom that my teachers have shared over the years giving me many opportunities to go deeper and continue my own learning.
I’ve studied with a handful of master teachers, and my teaching style is a culmination of the elements that resonate for me. I enjoy sharing yoga's physical and energetic aspects, encouraging awareness of movement and alignment in the body and attention to the breath. Wherever you are on any given day is welcome in my classes - I want nothing more than for you as a student to feel better in your body when you walk out of a class.
